7-Day No-Reason Refund Instruction
This refund instruction applies to all products purchased from our store, following the 7-day no-reason return and refund policy. You are entitled to apply for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason for the return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. It should not be used, damaged, or modified in any way. Please ensure that the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or our official platform, providing your order number, product details, and return reason (optional). Our team will verify your request within 2 working days and provide you with a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email once the process is completed.
